Jerry Eubanks, a sax player by trade, was asked by Toy Caldwell if he
knew how to play flute... and although he didn't, that didn't stop him
from answering Toy's question with a resounding "hell yeah!."
He set out to learn real quick and thus the addition of the instrument
that made MTB's sound unique from all other southern rock bands was made.
Jerry was a mainstay in the band from 1973 - 1996. His flute and sax solos
were, along with Toy's guitar licks, the signature of the band. Jerry
was a founding member of MTB and played flute, sax and keyboards in the
band for 25 years before retiring in 1996..
Years of rigorous tour schedules
earned Jerry and the band the respect of critics and countless dedicated
fans. With Jerry's signature flute intro's on the Tuckers biggest hit
singles like ““Heard It In a Love Song,” " Can't
You See,” and “Take The Highway” and many more. Jerry20and
The Marshall Tucker Band earned Seven Gold albums and Three Platinum albums
while they were on the C apricorn Records label. In addition to his playing,
Jerry wrote or co-wrote several of the band's songs. During the 90’s,
the MTB scored four hit singles on Billboard’s country chart and
one on Billboard’s gospel chart. Their music has also been featured
on the soundtracks of movies such as Smokey and the Bandit, The Pursuit
of D.B. Cooper, and Shipwrecked.
Tommy Crain
formerly of
The Charlie Daniels Band
Tommy Crain, from Franklin, Tennessee,
is best known for his near two decades of work with the Charlie Daniels
Band. In 1975 Tommy&nb sp;joined forces with The Charlie Daniels Band
and hit the road for an incredible fifteen year run. Tommy performed on
more than 20 of the top selling Charlie Daniels albums. Tommy gained recognition
of his own when Charlie featured him on their LP's and live in concert.
Among fan favorites were Tommy's "Cumberland Mountain Number Nine"
from=2 0the CDB "Saddle Tramp" LP and "Franklin Limestone"
off of CDB's "Nightrider" LP. Tommy also co wrote over=2 060
songs with the band including such hits as "The Legend of Wooly Swamp"
and "In America". The multi platinum award hit "The Devil
Went Down To Georgia " won Tommy a Grammy for co writing it in 1980.
Tommy's 15 year career with CDB gained him
8-Gold / 7- Platinum & 2-Triple Platinum Albums
& Grammy for Co-Writing "Devil Went to GA."
Tommy has played with countless other artists, and his fiery guitar work
is always recognizable. Tommy left the band in 1989.

Dennis & Donnie Winters
Southern Rock pioneer's Dennis & Donnie Winters were born in South
Florida20and raised in Tennessee.
With 3 Billboard charter's - Sang Her Love Songs,

They have maintained a consistent touring history for over 30 years. They
